2. How do I know what size I need?
Take a look at our size guide section and
you will see clear measurement for our goods.
3. What happens if the items do not fit?
This is not a problem, just send
them back to us within ten days requesting a different size or a refund.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund your postage.
4. Why do you want my e-mail address / telephone number etc?
We want to make sure that we can contact you if we need to to advise you of any changes to delivery times, out of stock items etc.
5. Why is this product still on the website if you are out of stock?
We apologise if this is the case. What this means is that we have placed an order with our suppliers for more stock and wish to make you aware that the item will be available again shortly.
6. Do you have a shop?
We do not have our own shop, but our dog products are now being stocked by
Selfridges at their London and Manchester stores. Our complete product
range is available on-line, and can also be ordered by by mail order or fax (see
our contact page).
7. Where are your products made?
All of our current range of products are sourced and made in the UK.
8. Is it safe to give my credit/debit card details online?
Yes. We realise how important it is to store any information that you provide
securely and we maintain the highest levels of security for your user profile
information. All payment details are handled via our technology partner
www.securetrading.com. They use
the highest levels of industry standard encryption and SSL when handling your
credit/debit card information.
9. How do you send out products to customers?
We have chosen the Post Office as our preferred delivery supplier and are using their Special Delivery Service. This means that your parcels will be delivered the day after we send them, and most importatntly they will be signed for, thus ensuring security. The charges will be worked out by weight of order as this is how the Post Office operates this service.
